For dispatch timing, delivery estimates or postcode questions, contact our team before placing a time-sensitive order.
Before you place an order
Check your full delivery address, postcode and contact details. If the checkout does not show the delivery information you need, contact info@maasha-store.co.uk before ordering. We do not publish an unconfirmed delivery promise for every product or postcode.
If you need an update
Keep your order reference and check any confirmation or dispatch messages you receive. Email our team if you need help with an order or an address correction. Estimates may be affected by availability, courier schedules, weekends and busy periods.
